Wow! I never thought I'd get good dim sum in New Orleans. This is a small place that cooks each order individually. That is, there are no dim sum carts rolling around, offering a plethora of dishes. The drawback is that as various dishes are cooked, they are brought out, resulting in some diners getting food while others at the table are waiting for theirs. I got fried pork, chicken, and beef dishes, while my gf got pork bao buns, a shrimp and glass noodles dish, and a seaweed and jelly fish salad. Everything was fresh and delicious. We are definitely going back to this place.

My husband and I ate here and everything we ate was delicious! We had the Bird’s Nest Garlic Shrimp appetizer, spicy seafood soup noodle (I ordered mine without crab meat), tiramisu cheesecake, and blue berry cheesecake. The seafood soup was one of the best soups I’ve ever eaten. Plus the customer service was excellent. I didn’t get the waitress name, but she was so polite. We’re looking forward to eating here many more times. Highly recommend!

We came here for dim sum on a Sunday’s morning as it was recommended and kids friendly. It was rather quiet so we found parking quickly. Restaurant looked like it was a house which fit into the decor of the neighborhood. Huge patio outside; we sat inside. We got the soup dumpling, friend pork dumpling roll, spicy dumpling soup, jelly and cucumber salad, sticky rice in lotus leaf, rainbow Mille crepes, Japanese cheesecake and a matcha tea mill crepes. Portion was good and expected of what a dim sum would be. Everything was fresh delicious and tasty. Food came out promptly after we ordered. The kids are picky about their sticky rice and ate all of it. It was the one thing I didn’t try. The cakes were got were delicious and beautifully presentation. Everything came to less than 90 with tips. I would recommend and will come back if/when in the area.

Great place to get dim sum and dumplings in New Orleans! They have a very large menu with authentic Chinese food. I got three items from their dumpling menu and I was satisfied with the portion sizes and most importantly it tasted amazing. A small complaint that I had was it was hard taking out the Chumber from the Little aluminum plate but other than that my favorite was the shrimp dragon dumpling! I love the outdoor seating and I would come back.

I have been seeing pictures of the Dragon Shrimp Dumplings for months and made it a necessary stop when in town. While I had just had breakfast nearby, I made the walk and sampled two things. The Dragon Shrimp Dumplings definitely lived-up to the hype but the shocker were the Spicy Crawfish Pocket Dumplings! Just the right spiciness with that sweet, sweet crawfish meat. They have a beautiful outdoor area which I'm sure is nice nearly all times of the year (well, maybe have cake and not hot dim sum in August!) The inside space is pretty small so we ate outside on the porch...the dreary cold kept everyone else inside. They were doing a bang-up takeout business as well. Oh and if it's carnival season when you're around - they have king cake!

I ordered through door dash and so glad I did. I ordered the spicy dumpling soup with beef. OMG it was phenomenal!! It’s like all the flavors of the beef, ginger , garlic , spices works wonders in your mouth!! I will certainly try to come in person and try more items.

Really great dim sum! We were even able to try jellyfish for the first time. Very authentic and enjoyable, and the seating arrangement outside was lovely. We were too full for dessert, but I plan on treating myself to some cake from here during lunch today.
